Souljah Boy has been sentenced to probation in connection with his October 2009 arrest in Henry County, Georgia. Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, real name DeAndre Way, spent a day in jail after police arrested him at a video shoot after receiving complaints about noise. When police arrived on the scene he and an estimated 40 other people scattered before he was caught and charged with obstruction of justice. When he appeared in a federal court room this week, he received 12 months probation and a minor $1,000 fine.
